Even works great over water-based artwork once dried.
2) Add to any ProAiir product to increase durability and to thin the makeup without
affecting pigmentation or opacity.
3) Mix with mica or glitter powders to create long-lasting, shimmering brush-on
makeup.
When applying with sponge, dab on only.
Rubbing may remove the underlying makeup. Set with baby powder or translucent powders.
